BIO
Julia graduated from Chapman University in 2017 with a degree in Illustration and Advertising. She now works as an Art Director at Canyon Design Group in Los Angeles, CA. Her background is in oil painting and photoreal portraiture, and she now specializes in digital illustration and design in the entertainment industry.
The Journey from Z to A
At Canyon Design Company I had the opportunity to expand beyond Key Art design and try my hand in packaging. This was an exciting new challenge that spanned over the course of more than a year. The result was a fully developed limited edition box set, complete with semi-gloss embossed finishing, 21-disc collection of everything Twin Peaks, die-cut acrylic figure of Laura Palmer and Special Agent Dale Cooper, a curated set of 5” x 5” printed cards depicting memorable moments in The Red Room, and more. It was so much fun to dive into the world of Twin Peaks; details can be seen at the bottom of the page.
